How do I request an e-waste pickup?

Use the Request a Pickup form. It asks for the material, the rough quantity and the address, which is everything needed to assess a load and confirm a collection window. If you are not yet sure what you are holding, send an enquiry instead and we will work it out with you.

What should I include in a bulk enquiry?

Four things carry most of the weight: what the equipment is, roughly how much of it there is, where it is, and whether any of it holds data or batteries. An approximate count is more useful than a precise one that takes a week to produce — we can refine it at assessment.

Can businesses and institutions contact Delco directly?

Yes, and most do. Offices, campuses, hospitals, hotels, manufacturers and IT teams all reach us through the same enquiry form. Choose Corporate / bulk e-waste as the enquiry type and the request goes to the people who handle volume.

We have drives and laptops with data on them. What then?

Say so in the enquiry. Data-bearing devices are separated from the rest of the load before anything is opened, and they follow their own route through the process. The detail of that route is on the Secure Data Destruction page.

Do you collect from outside Maharashtra?

Ask. Distance, quantity and what the material is all decide whether a collection is workable, so it is a question we answer per consignment rather than by drawing a line on a map. Include the location in your enquiry and we will tell you plainly.
